My name is John, I am 31 years old, and I live in the UK. A bit about me… I left school early as I didn’t really get on with it. I have always loved the food and drink sector, so I started working as a chef. I worked my way through various restaurants and hotels, ending up in a 2 Michelin star hotel in the pastry section (I always had a passion for pastry!). I was very fortunate to be able to join my family’s food and drink business, where I helped run it alongside my father and brother for several years. This gave me the chance to learn how to and how not to run a profitable business. In 2020 I took the plunge and opened my very own bakery, alongside my business partner who was an ex-colleague, starting with a high street shop and it grew from there!
